Privacy (beta draft)

Draft for the beta, to be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

What we hold: your sign-in identity, the answers and photos you choose to share, the self-model derived from them, your matches, and your clone conversations.

How it is used: only to build your self-model and find compatible people. We do not sell your data. Humans never receive your contact details from VERA.

No trained ML: we do not train a machine-learning model on your data. Matching is deterministic enrichment plus a language model.

Anonymous product metrics: we count milestones (e.g. signed up, completed onboarding, went on a date) using only an internal account id, no names, emails, or message content.

Your rights (PDPL-aligned): you can access and delete your data anytime from Settings; deletion erases your profile, self-model, consent record, matches, and metrics tied to your account.
